Pamela Guarnieri is the new Senior Digital PM Manager in 21iLAB

Milan, June 2021 – Pamela Guarnieri is the new Senior Digital Project Manager in 21iLAB. She has already started working in the company, mostly from Milan, coordinating the team of Project Managers.

Pamela brings in 20 years of professional experience in digital communication, CRM, marketing and advertising. She is focused on managing global projects owning all stages of the project lifecycle from inception through monitoring and closing on time and on budget; carrying on cross-disciplinary teams and cross-business areas, translating the needs of stakeholders and top management in functional requirements oriented towards Innovation Technology and process simplification; establishing and building long- standing relationships with clients.

The entering of Pamela in the team is part of the strategy of the company of strengthening the core competences, which comes after the recent entry of Marco Baraldi, a professional with 20 years of experience in digital, now leading the engineering department.

Designer by training and for passion, after graduating from the Politecnico di Milano he had various work experiences in the digital field, mainly acquired in a 10-year experience in H-Farm, evolving his professional activity from developer to team leader and digital project / product manager.

He brings his work experience on digital projects to 21iLAB, where he leads and manages the engineering team, paying great attention to the continuous evolution of trends and technologies in this field.
