Efrem Maggi is the new Client Manager at 21iLAB Italy

Milan, August 2021 – Efrem Maggi is the new Client Manager for Italy in 21iLAB. He will be responsible for the client relationship department, coordinating also the sales, mainly from the Milan’s office.

Efrem Maggi began his career as Digital Art Director for companies such as Dialog Interactive (Publicis Group) and Interactive Communication, and then continued in Cayenne with the role of Project Manager on web projects, mobile, social media and digital marketing. During the experience within Cayenne, Efrem acted as Head of Digital, managing a multidisciplinary team. In the last work experience he fulfilled the role of Digital Client Director, within the WPP group, in the management of the FCA client (Alfa Romeo and JEEP brand) for all digital and social activities at EMEA level.

He brings 20 years of experience as a manager with transversal skills in the digital field, with a strong focus on client relationship management and customer experience development. He has worked for companies and brands in various sectors such as automotive, telecommunications, energy, retail, banking, entertainment and pharma. 

Driven by curiosity and passion and always focused on the latest digital technologies and marketing insights, 21iLAB designs and implements tailor-made, client-centric digital solutions to fulfil changing expectations in a fast-moving landscape, enhancing its target user experience through effective practices, data driven digital steps that transform ideas.
